In today’s game shooting/scoring is at a premium, so that is central to every session.
I tailor my sessions to each specific client - the key is to think about what your scoring opportunities look like (how do you fit into your teams offense, where are your “touches”, what actions are you running (I.e pick & roll, pick & pop, isolation, etc.) The more you can mimic game situation/scenario, the more practice is going to translate to game performance.
